X Collect Front Forage Harvester Header

The XCollect headers separate cutting and feeding into two separate processes, responding well to diverse harvest conditions. Stalks are fed lengthwise to the chopping drum, enabling precision chops and minimum overlengths. The sickle discs on the XCollect header rotate in one plane, cutting the stalks without squeezing them. This minimises vibration and prevents cob loss. XCollect is available in three work widths, 6 metres on the 600-3 (8 rows), 7.5 metres on the 750-3 (10 rows), and 9 metres on the 900-3 (12 rows).

Protected Driveline

Star ratchet clutches protect the sickle disc driveline from overload. Speed sensors scan two-disc speeds and send potential overload information to the operator terminal. In addition, a friction lining on each disc offers additional protection
